The Eon standard
Your results are only as good as your compound.
Every lot of GLP-3 / Tesa / Cagri is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab in the USA. 99%+ purity isn't a target here. It's the requirement.
Don't take our word for it: test any vial at an accredited lab of your choice. If HPLC purity comes back under 99%, we refund your order and pay for the test.
This is a blend. GLP-3, Tesamorelin and Cagri are combined in a single 17.5 mg vial at 10 mg, 5 mg and 2.5 mg respectively. It places a triple-receptor incretin compound, a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog and an amylin analog in one vial. The three are characterised separately in the literature; the combination has not been characterised as a single entity.

The pathways GLP-3 / Tesa / Cagri acts on - and what each one does. The animation traces its signal outward from the compound to every target it engages.
Agonism at the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors is characterised, with energy-expenditure and hepatic-lipid endpoints measured alongside the incretin readouts.
Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog studied for pulsatile growth-hormone release and downstream IGF-1 measures in GH-axis research.
Satiety signalling and gastric-emptying rate are the characterised endpoints for amylin analogs.
The main areas GLP-3 / Tesa / Cagri is being studied for - and the study-reported figures behind them.
Energy-expenditure endpoints are characterised for the glucagon-receptor arm.
Tesamorelin is studied for GHRH-receptor engagement and downstream IGF-1 measures.
The amylin arm carries satiety and gastric-emptying endpoints.

They cover three separate pathways: multi-receptor incretin signalling, the GHRH axis, and amylin signalling. The vial holds all three under matched handling.
No. Each compound is characterised separately and no interaction data exists for the three together.
The ratio follows the supplier's formulation at 10 mg, 5 mg and 2.5 mg. It is fixed and cannot be varied within the vial.
Each lot is analysed by reverse-phase HPLC and released at ≥99%, with a Certificate of Analysis.
Store lyophilized at -20°C for long-term stability, protected from light and moisture, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
