The Eon standard
Your results are only as good as your compound.
Every lot of MOTS-c / SS-31 is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab in the USA. 99%+ purity isn't a target here. It's the requirement.
Don't take our word for it: test any vial at an accredited lab of your choice. If HPLC purity comes back under 99%, we refund your order and pay for the test.
This is a blend. MOTS-c and SS-31 are combined in a single 20 mg vial, 10 mg of each. Both are mitochondria-associated research peptides approached from different angles: MOTS-c is mitochondrial-derived and studied for AMPK signalling and metabolic regulation, while SS-31 is a cardiolipin-targeting peptide studied for inner-membrane stabilisation. The combination has not been characterised as a single formulation.

The pathways MOTS-c / SS-31 acts on - and what each one does. The animation traces its signal outward from the compound to every target it engages.
MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide encoded in the mitochondrial genome. AMPK pathway activation and metabolic-regulation endpoints are the characterised readouts.
SS-31 binds cardiolipin on the inner mitochondrial membrane. Membrane stabilisation and preserved cristae architecture are the characterised endpoints, alongside reduced reactive oxygen species.
The vial pairs a signalling-side peptide with a membrane-side peptide. The two are characterised separately and no interaction data exists for the pair.

Both peptides are studied for mitochondrial function from different mechanistic angles.
MOTS-c is characterised for AMPK-pathway activation in metabolic models.
SS-31 is studied for reactive-oxygen-species endpoints and membrane integrity.

They approach mitochondrial research from different angles: MOTS-c through AMPK signalling, SS-31 through cardiolipin binding and inner-membrane stabilisation. One vial holds both under matched handling.
No. Each peptide is characterised separately and no interaction data exists for the pair.
The separate products let you control each peptide's quantity independently and are offered in 10, 30 and 50 mg. This vial fixes the ratio at 10 mg and 10 mg.
Each lot is analysed by reverse-phase HPLC and released at ≥99%, with a Certificate of Analysis.
Store lyophilized at -20°C for long-term stability, protected from light and moisture, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
